Description
Washed stone +40mm. This material is typically used for drainage but also serves as a free-draining sub base. Its shape and size facilitate excellent water drainage while allowing it to knit together, providing a stable base compared to 40mm gravel, which can shift more easily.

All the material is tested to SHW series 500 (BS EN aggregate standard 13242) and meets the Highways Agency specification.
